About Us Welcome to the Golden Gate Consultants Net! The Golden Gate Consultants Net (GGCN) was established in 1998 in the San Francisco Bay Area as an informal networking for consultants. In May 2009, the Golden Gate Consultants Net Europe was established and headquartered in Heidelberg, Germany. So the GGCN is now International.
............Alte Brucke, Heidelberg............ Although the focus of the network is consulting, we encourage participation by anyone who believes they might benefit from the network. It is generally accepted among consultants that "The Network" is the most powerful means of acquiring business and sharing information relevant to consulting. Our Mission The mission of the Golden Gate Consultants Net is to provide greater value to our clients and increase our success as consultants by leveraging the collective knowledge, experience, sales & marketing capabilities and consulting skills of our network. Breakfast Networking Meetings Monthly breakfast networking meetings are held both in the U.S. and Europe. The purposes of the breakfast meeting are for participants to get to know each other better, to learn what each is doing, and to share information, opportunities and marketing ideas. If you know of someone who might like to attend, please invite them. Just forward your invitation to them. If someone would like to be added to the e-mail list, they should forward their e-mail address and contact information to one of the contacts individuals listed below. The Golden Gate Consultant's Net US breakfast meeting is held the second Friday of the month. Golden Gate Consultants Net Europe also meets monthly, usually the last Friday of the month. Ways that you can benefit from the Network In addition to attending the breakfast networking meetings, there are other ways that you can actively participate in the network and benefit from it:
Consulting Partnering Guidelines A question frequently asked in the breakfast meetings is: "How can I partner with other consultants and split fees". You can view two simple consulting partnering guidelines that have worked well for me over the past 10 years by clicking here - Consulting Partnering Guidelines. They are designed to build long-term partnerships between consultants. They are voluntary, requiring agreement by both parties of course. |
