CIENA:
Prioritized business and technical requirements, evaluated potential
Vendors, and recommended a commercial solution for the Global Spares
Management Project. Business requirements included Part Failure Analysis, Demand
Planning, Depot Logistics, Inventory Optimization, Repair, and Customer
Service (CRM).
CHEVRON TEXACO: As Program Manager, led multiple, simultaneous development teams (20+ members) to build, enhance, support, and commercially launch a large-scale, industry leading, Retail Market Exchange (RMX). Worked closely with business managers to identify and conduct feasibility studies on new opportunities and led technical teams to define, design, prototype, develop, enhance, and deploy Internet-based solutions. These Internet-based solutions supported the national, daily operation of more than 8,000 Chevron-branded retail gas and convenience store operations by bringing retailers and suppliers together over the Internet for improved customer service and increased business effectiveness.
CHEVRON
TEXACO: Worked
with client business teams and company product development teams to assist
construction of a new EAI product capable of integrating multiple,
field-based work management and supply chain operations with central,
corporate SAP financial systems.
BRITISH
PETROLEUM-EXPLORATION: Assisted the realization of many SCM improvements
while leading client, company, and 3rd Party teams through a 15-month
deployment of EAM/SCM applications. National suppliers were connected through advanced EDI and a
complex, custom interface was built to track financial data for multiple,
oil & gas exploration, joint-partners.
Led process modeling, gap resolution, security definition, custom
enhancements, restructure of the Master MRO Catalog, large Inventory, PO,
and Invoice data conversions, remote technical challenges, and extensive
quality assurance, end-user training, and process change management.
ALASKA PIPELINE, OXY CHEMICAL, BASIN ELECTRIC, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS, SNOHOMISH PUD, DUKE POWER, and PHILADELPHIA ELECTRIC: Facilitated design sessions and implemented business process improvements and best practices while leading complex, supply chain package software deployment. During this period, worked closely with vendor development teams to build-out supply chain functionality and QA new product releases.
Mr. Graham
has also been employed by the industry leaders Levi Strauss, Wells Fargo Bank,
E&J Gallo Wine, and Chevron Corporation.
Within these organizations he led custom software solutions in the areas
of International Product Sourcing, Manufacturing, Inventory Control, Consumer
Market Analysis and Product Pricing, and the Global Supply and Demand of
Petroleum.
EDUCATION
Mr. Graham
holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Mathematics - Emphasis in Computer Science
from the University of Northern Iowa.
